Health & Safety on tour

Keeping you safe during these challenging times is very important to us.

By its nature our style of travel means that we only travel in very small groups and stay away from the major tourist hotels and haunts, and even before COVID-19 we had strict hygiene practices in place for our tours, but have revised these for future travel.

Health and safety risks on tour will be addressed by:
  • Sharing of rooms only being available for those travelling with a companion ;
  • Social distancing at workshops ;
  • Small groups - Maximum of 10 - however tours usually run with 6 to 8;
  • Single or limited destination travel and accommodation changes;
  • Small hotels or alternative accommodation eg private apartments;
  • Provision of hand sanitiser at meals and workshops;
  • Meals only being taken at small venues and never at buffet venues;
  • Self administered RAT on Day 1 upon arrival - Note this practice is constantly being reviewed
  • Instant isolation for participants that become ill;
  • Private vehicles used for all travel (with the exception of tours where domestic flights are necessary); and
  • Provision of Pre-tour and Destination Notes outlining health precautions when travelling including suggested practices for air travel and keeping healthy on tour.
