TOUR MAXIMUM OF 10 PEOPLE
Spend 12 wonderful days of immersing yourself in the craft, culture, shopping and textiles of Cambodia, from Siem Reap in the north we travel south through Kampong Thom and Kampong Cham, Takeo and Phnom Penh.

Explore the ancient temples of Angkor and immerse yourself in culture and crafts when you try your hand at traditional natural dyes, make a silk tassel from exquisite  Cambodian golden silk, try your hand at palm weaving and lotus paper making. Get to know the locals and understand their culture when you visit local villages where you get to try your hand at making traditional incense, shop at the village market for your ingredients with a local chef and learn all about the amazing food culture, and learn about the Buddhist culture that pervades everyday life in Cambodia.  We visit weaving projects established to help revive the ancient Khmer craft of silk and skates.

Day 1: Today is arrival day.  We will collect you from the airport.  Tonight we get together to celebrate the start of our Cambodian adventure.
Day 2:  Today we take a private tour of the magnificent temples of Angkor.
Day 3: Today we try our hand at natural dyes and shibori techniques and visit a local silk farm where we get hands on with Cambodian golden silk when we make a silk tassel.
Day 4: Today is all about lotus! We learn how to make lotus paper and thread, how to fold a lotus flower and make our own lotus seed Mala.
Day 5: Today we head out to a local village where we shop for ingredients used in traditional Khmer cooking and then learn how to prepare them into a sumptuous meal under the guidance of our personal chef.
Day 6: Today we try our hand at traditional palm weaving. 
Day 7:  We leave Siem Reap today and head south, stopping in at Kampong Thom to visit a weaving school set up to teach traditional methods to the local women, before travelling on to Kampong Cham.  We visit a local temple at dusk to experience the local kids practicing traditional Apsara dance and meet the local monks who work with the kids and local community to provide vocational training.
Day 8:  We start our day with an early morning yoga and meditation class before spending the remainder of the day exploring the local town and relaxing around the pool in our remote eco-resort.
Day 9: Today we continue our journey south to Phnom Penh, where we visit the Royal Palace and explore the citys sights.
Day 10: Our day starts with a visit to the moving site of Cambodia's infamous Killing Fields before heading south into the weaving district of Takeo where we visit local weavers and get the chance to buy silk directly from them. 
Day 11: We spend the day exploring the area before heading back to the city, where we get together for a farewell dinner.
Day 12:  Your tour finishes today after breakfast.
